Second, it is uncommon to refer to a numerical address.  Usually a “user friendly” URL is used such as “ebay.com” not “http://211.233.58.106/verify/index.php”

Third, if the text that represents the link is not “user friendly”  but rather looks like a link (ie:  starts with “http” or “www”) then the text should be identical to the link it represents.

Lastly, this address can be traced to the Inempire Company in Seoul Korea NOT ebay!

               “Privacy Policy”, “User Agreement”, “eBay Inc

Foolproof Precaution
Don’t use the links provided in the email, but rather initiate the contact yourself by going directly to the company’s website to log in to your account.  If there are any issues with your account, they will be posted there.
